Contractor was burned on a deal that went bad, Half way through building
a Gas Station, C-store and Car Wash complex there was problems with the
owners loan and the site was repossessed. The Contractor's credit was
500, SFL Group found him a Hard Money Bridge Loan that allowed him to
purchase the site from the Lender, complete the project and is now
operating it for profit with a couple of Buyers looking at it. The owner
will easily see a $500K profit from this loan.
Two
brothers that had invested everything into a Restaurant/Marina half way
through the project they ran out of money and couldn't find a
Lender anywhere. The last bank they went to gave them a denial with an
option "try the SFL Group" they did and we were able to get
them the money they needed, with nothing down, through a unique Equity
Builder™ Loan. They are up and running and doing well.
